My Instant Pot

I absolutely love this tool.  It is where I cook all of my dry beans.  I make one pot pasta meals when I am in a pinch. I just throw a bunch of ingredients in it and cook them for less than 10 minutes and call it a day.  I make my “baked” potatoes in just a few minutes (as opposed to one hour in the oven).  I also make homemade coconut yogurt.  And I can’t wait to continue to create easy meals using my Instant Pot.

My Amazon Cast Iron Dutch Oven

I use these pots to cook rice, stews, soups, bake breads, pot pies and many other meals.  The best thing about them is that you can transfer them from the stovetop straight to the oven. Which means that there will be less dishes to do later on!

My Cast Iron Skillets

I love cast iron skillets for many reasons, but in particular for the way the food tastes and it is cooked.  These skillets heat up entirely at the same time.  Also, the benefit of getting iron if you are deficient (always consult your physician first).  And as well as the Dutch Oven you can transfer them from the stovetop to the oven.

Pan Organizer

I love this organizer for my cast iron skillet collection.  It keeps them contained and in order, all in one place. See my collection -

My Measuring cups and spoons in Copper

These are my new beauties.  I am constantly using measuring cups to create recipes so, the more, the merrier.

My Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer

This is tool is so valuable to me, as I am constantly making breads, cookies, veggie meats and many other meals.  My model is very old (about 13 years old).  So here is a new/available model.

Cutting Board

My Bread Knife

This is the responsible for slicing my precious breads into lovely pieces. It has great reviews and 5 stars.

Organic All Purpose Flour

This is the flour I use to feed my regular Sourdough Starter and use to bake my breads.  (Package of 6)

My Wok

I feel fancy and professional when I use my wok.  It is great for stir-frying, it requires less oil and it is great for cooking quickly.  It also can be used to deep fry.

My Tripod

This tripod is great, it has saved me every time I need to record myself cooking and I need taller angles.  It is also great for family pictures.

My Arepa Maker

I have loved this tool for many many years.  My entire family loves to eat arepas, and this arepa maker is so convenient and fast that I can have a whole “arepada” ready in 20 minutes.

My Mortar and Pestle (Pilon y Macéta)

I couldn’t make my Mofongo without this precious tool.  I actually have a collection of them.

My Food Processor

My beloved food processor is about 12 years old and still works perfectly. I use it to make dressings, plant based ice cream, nut butters, pesto, vegan cheese, and many others.

Nutritional Yeast

This component is just such a great and healthy addition to so many meals.  It provides vitamin B12, protein and fiber.

My Citrus Juicer

For the longest time I had a little manual juicer to make my orange juice and it left me with hand and shoulder pain because I would make a ton of juice.  Until my husband gifted me this juicer for one of our anniversaries.  I am so glad because it is so much easier now, and to clean the parts is a breeze.

My Immersion blender

I love this device because I can easily pull it out of the cabinet and blend my soups, potatoes (for mashed potatoes), potatoes for gnocchi, beans for refried beans, and so many others. Mine is in the color silver.

My Gnocchi board

This board is so exiting because it makes gnocchi be at a whole new level.  By rolling down the gnocchi on the board it gives them a more consistent shape and also add the traditional texture that holds more sauce (as opposed to using a fork that would flatten the delicate dough).

Banneton Basket

This basket is great for making artisan breads.

Cooling Racks

I use this racks to let my baked goods cool.  Such as breads, cookies, veggie meats, and many others.

My favorite ALL PURPOSE / Chef Knife

This is my go to knife.  Extremely great quality.

Chocolate Chips Allergen Friendly

If you or anyone in your family has allergies, these chocolate chips are great because the are delicious and free of many allergens.

Coconut Flour

Agar Agar Powder

This plant based powder works as a thickening agent and it is great for making yogurt, jams, ice cream, desserts, soups, gelatin and may other purposes.

Garden of Life Protein Shake in Vanilla

This is my favorite shake.  It has great nutrients.  I drink it just with coconut milk or I add frozen fruit and greens. Love it!

Vital Wheat Gluten

I make my Seitan or Veggie Meat with this product.  Every time I go grocery shopping I buy a couple of boxes to make sure I have plenty at home.  I make a batch and freeze it and whenever I want to make a quick meal, I just throw it in a skillet with some oil, veggies, seasonings (with pasta, potatoes, rice) and make a great meal out of it.

Teriyaki Sauce

Perfect for tofu (or any veggie meat) with vegetables.

Ceylon Cinnamon

Ceylon cinnamon contains anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial effects. These properties mean Ceylon cinnamon supports your immune health.

This high speed blender is such a great component in my kitchen.  It can break and smooth any frozen fruit or nut and just delivers great results.  Excellent for dressings, sauces, creams, smoothies, etc.

Air Fryer

An air fryer is a great tool to cook with less oil and faster than you would using your conventional oven.  It heats up faster.  You don’t heat up your house turning on the oven and also spend less in electricity.
